Tickets bought directly on www.realsounds.uk are sold through Wix Events checkout, branded as Real Sounds. Real Sounds is responsible for how we use the ticketing and attendance data we receive.
If you buy tickets through an off-site platform such as DICE, Resident Advisor, See Tickets or another ticketing provider, that platform may collect your data as a separate controller. Real Sounds may receive only the information needed to manage the event, such as ticket holder details, order information, guestlists, attendance or support information.
