Real Sounds is a UK live music promoter and event organiser. We promote and run live music events, sell tickets, manage event attendance, receive artist submissions, process job applications, respond to enquiries, and send marketing communications where permitted.

Some providers act as our processors. Others, especially off-site ticketing platforms and social platforms, may act as separate controllers. Their own privacy policies will apply to how they use your data.

6. Who is responsible for your data when buying tickets

Tickets bought directly on www.realsounds.uk are sold through Wix Events checkout, branded as Real Sounds. Real Sounds is responsible for how we use the ticketing and attendance data we receive.

If you buy tickets through an off-site platform such as DICE, Resident Advisor, See Tickets or another ticketing provider, that platform may collect your data as a separate controller. Real Sounds may receive only the information needed to manage the event, such as ticket holder details, order information, guestlists, attendance or support information.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies.
