Robert & The Pills

Formed in 2023 to originally learn and play Robert’s work live. They have grown into much more than that. Robert has been signed to Tricky's (Massive Attack) 'False Idols' label, with a release this summer planned. His most recent album ‘Orange is the New Black’, was played on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 6 by Giles Peterson and Huey Morgan. It featured Rag 'n' Bone Man, Sleaford Mods, Sonnyjim, Atmosphere Soweto Kinch and others. He formed a band last year to initially play his music live, but it has morphed into something special. No genre could pin them down, with post-punk, prog rock, jazz, spoken word and grunge all touched, with Robert’s distinctive rapping and poetry leading outlets to stick them in the alternative hip-hop crate. Robert & The Pills are original and emotionally charged.

Savvie

Savvie is a multi-instrumentalist Hip Hop and Soul fusion artist from South East London. His music is described as a UK “Kendrick Lamar-influenced sound combined with the vocal quality and influence of Marvin Gaye”. He has released four projects and a myriad of collaborations and singles throughout his short career thus far. He has released his fifth project titled ‘GOD IS GANGSTA’ in January 2024.

Tony Humphries

Tony Humphries is a new wave hip-hop rapper who has already established himself as a rare breed of talented freestyler. He has received multiple radio plays including features on BBC Introducing, BBC Radio 1xtra, Eagle Radio and Round House Radio, as-well as receiving ‘Gas Track Of The Week’ on Charlie Sloths radio show.

JRDee

JRDee is a creative rapper and guitarist from southeast london, taking varying influences from both US and UK rap cultures such as Kendrick Lamar, JID, Kojey Radical, and Che Lingo. With intent to combine the two styles and showcase a new sound that is currently unseen in the UK scene. Where JRDee differs is with his intrinsic flows and lyrical prowess, discussing relatable yet personal topics such as introvertedness, the idea of fatigue from aiming to achieve, and the lifestyle of someone who observes what goes on around them.  Links

Teknik

Teknik, known mostly for his “Conscious Rap” style is an independent rap artist of Greek Cypriot heritage from North West London, who started his music career as a DJ & Hip-Hop Producer.   After developing a passion for writing music, he began to write and record his own at the age of 16.  Teknik’s hard hitting flows & lyrics bring a message with every release. They make the listener rewind & start again to fully grasp the message he is getting across, as the punchlines can go over a few heads. He isn’t afraid to speak his mind & tell his supporters/new listeners how he feels.
